Dr. Raymond Wise
Guest Clinician
A legendary gospel scholar, conductor, and clinician, Dr. Raymond Wise brings deep historical insight, vocal training, and cultural context to gospel music.
Dr. Wise’s workshops are powerful, moving, and deeply educational – helping singers understand not just how to sing gospel music, but why it matters.

Debra Bonner
Artistic Director
Known as a “Teacher of the Stars,” Debra has trained and performed with artists and choirs around the world and has mentored thousands of singers to discover their authentic voice and musical purpose.
As Artistic Director of UGCI, Debra will provide artistic vision and spiritual leadership throughout the series.

Matthew Banks
Associate Director
Gospel musician Matthew
Banks brings virtuosic musicianship, joyful enthusiasm, and soulful, professional standards to every rehearsal.
Matthew will serve as the Associate Director and accompanist throughout the workshop, leading rehearsals and preparing the choir for the Good Friday Concert.

Associate Director
Kimberly Teitter (Associate Director, DBUGC) has worked with the Debra Bonner Unity Gospel choir for nearly ten years, and began as Assistant Director in 2019. She is also a performer and music director in the Utah community/regional theatre scene.
