Transformational Youth Choir Movement
Transformational Youth Choirs directly address the challenges our youth are facing today, including anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. It gives youth the meaning that they are so desperately seeking, so that they can channel their energy into having a positive impact on the world.
Youth Choir Movement Program
The youth choir program includes vocal training, transformational and motivational speakers, and social activities. This program is intended to build confidence and leadership skills in the youth, filling their hearts with joy and love.
Emotional reslience is built by releasing negative energy, stage fright workshps, vision-boarding, and journaling exercises. As a result, youth experience increased self-worth, empowerment, and hope.
Choir members build confidence and leadership skills, learn correct vocal techniques for any style of music, and sing positive, inspirational songs.
Youth are also mentored to develop other practical skills including job placement, job training, literacy programs, and financial literacy.

Miracles Happen When Singing Gospel Music
In the 10-year history of our flagship choir, Debra Bonner Unity Gospel Choir, we have witnessed many miracles. Many have come to the choir struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicidal thoughts. Through our gospel choir program we have seen an increase in self-confidence, a sense of belonging, hope, love, and joy.
Unity Gospel Choir International is building Transformational Youth Choirs throughout the world. We currently have a choir in Eswatini, South Africa, and we are building our first U.S. choir in Salt Lake City, Utah. Choirs in Flint, Michigan, and Idaho Falls, Idaho, are forming as well.

Founder’s Message
As a youth, Debra’s life was transformed through a relationship with Jesus Christ, the power of gospel music and a loving and nurturing community. She feels passionately about giving young people the same thing she was given through building transformational gospel youth choirs throughout the nation.
